My Pregnancy Yoga classes offer you wonderful friendly support throughout your pregnancy, and the opportunity to enjoy a healthy pregnancy, relax and connect with your growing baby at home.

I encourage you to enjoy the class in comfortable clothing, create a relaxing space, light a candle, gentle background music, aromatherapy or anything that relaxes you so that the class becomes a little self care relaxing ritual for you and bump each week 🥰

These classes will give you a deep sense of wellbeing and confidence during your pregnancy by increasing your flexibility, strengthening your mind and body, and help empower you with the tools to prepare for the birth of your baby.

Yoga Mammas is a great meeting place to chat and share all things bump and baby ( birth plans, labour bag, slings, etc) with other mums-to-be in a wonderfully supportive and relaxed online space.

Elaine is a certified Prenatal Yoga teacher and qualified in hypnobirthing as a GentleBirth instructor with over 10 years experience. Elaine is certified by Royal College of Midwives (RCM) in Aromatherapy for Childbirth and Active Birth instructor.

It’s my first pregnancy and really didn’t know what to expect from pregnancy yoga, especially virtual pregnancy yoga! Two classes in an I’m really enjoying it. Not only do I feel my body is getting a gentle workout/ movement but it is 1:1 time with my baby!! Lainey explains everything so well and it’s lovely being able to go at your own pace. I started Pregnancy Yoga when I was suffering from Pelvic Pain on my second child. The online classes really suited me as I could literally climb into bed after feeling relaxing and well stretched. The thing I loved about these classes was the connection with other mums and the way in which we started off slowly and then did some more intense moves( still gentle though)which really helped my pelvic pain. At the start I couldn’t stretch half as well and my stamina improved immensely. It was both a relaxing experience and a brilliant form of exercise when pregnant. I couldn’t recommend it more.
