  • Is Yoga ok during Pregnancy?

    Yoga is great during pregnancy, even if you’ve never done it before.No previous yoga experience is necessary.

    Pregnancy Yoga classes are suitable from 12 weeks - 42 weeks.
    Lots of women take up yoga for the first time during their pregnancy/ postnatal.
    If you have an existing regular yoga practice or you regularly exercise and know your body well, you may wish to continue moving and joining our classes earlier.
    Not all the exercises are suitable for everyone. The classes very much encourage you to work at your own pace and comfort.

  • What do I need to bring?

  • When can I join a Postantal Class?

    After the birth, you will have a scheduled 6 week check up with your Obstetrician or GP. At this appointment they will tell you if you have the all clear to return to gentle exercise. When that happens, I’d love to see you!

    Please note that we do not offer refunds however you are welcome to make up missed classes if you have provided sufficent cancellation notice in the next course or online if space is available.
