Online Baby Massage Course
In this online Baby Massage course you will learn gentle baby massage techniques to soothe digestion, encourage relaxation and sleep, and connect with your baby.
The classes are completely baby-led from the comfort of your own home. We pop on mute when the massage begins and if your baby feeds, sleeps, needs a nappy change, laughs or cries, its all ok! You can simply continue to watch me guiding and you can practice again with your manual and oil at a time that suits your baby.
This is a great way to connect and chat with other mums online if you can’t get to the studio, had a c-section and not driving yet, or simply want to enjoy baby massage cosy at home.
Available of our online Baby Bundle 8 weeks of classes - Enjoy focusing on your baby in Baby Massage and then follow on Postnatal Mum & Baby Yoga where the focus turns to you, creating space for you to stretch, strengthen, breathe and relax at home with your baby, or while your baby naps.

Classes are suitable for babies from 2 weeks – 12 months

Your Baby Massage Pack containing baby massage oil
Baby blanket

Comfortable clothing (as we massage on the floor)
Class is baby led – bring what you need to feed, change etc..
