Join Elaine for our Womens’ Yoga Weekend, a wonderful getaway and the opportunity to release all stress and immerse yourself in wellbeing and relaxation. This will be Elaine’s 7th annual Yoga Retreat to host.

Elaine’s aim is to offer you the opportunity to reconnect with your Self in a relaxed, friendly space and experience inner peace and balance through lots of lovely Yoga, meditation, long walks, fresh air and optional holistic massage treatments or soak in the outdoor hot tub with new and old Yoga friends, surrounded by stunning landscapes.

Elaine will guide you through a variety of Yoga styles suitable for BEGINNERS including ENERGISING YOGA FLOWto stretch and strengthen your whole body with the intention to create space for new positive energy, new thoughts, new emotions. SunSalutations will build heat and flexibility before exploring heart opening back bends, nourishing forward folds to calm your nervous system and detoxifying twists to clear out old thought patterns with positive affirmations.

Breathe, Stretch, Relax..

Turn your awareness inwards to connect to the flow of your breath through PRANAYAMA to bring a sense of clarity and space to your busy mind, and practice being present with the yummy AROMATHERAPY massage oils
Luxuriate in deep relaxation as you unwind and unravel stresses with RESTORATIVE YOGA. Let the ebb and flow of your breath prepare you for restful sleep encouraging the body and mind to settle into stillness as we use yoga props to support your body and prepare for YOGA NIDRA the art of Yogic sleep.
Wake up refreshed and ready for our MORNING FLOW to radiate in health, healing and wellbeing.
