” I’ve loved it all! Doing the pregnancy yoga gave me much needed head space to take time to focus on myself and my baby, and I used some of the active birthing techniques during labour.
Doing the baby massage was a lovely way to relax with Ciara (even if she was more interested in socialising with other babies than getting a massage!), but the best part was getting to meet other mammy’s at the same stage and sharing info and tips together.
It seemed only logical then to do the mum and baby yoga since I enjoyed the other classes so much. It gave me time out to stretch, get a bit of a work out, but also time to slow down and connect with Ciara, and have some fun with her.
It was an added bonus that some of the mums were in each class so there was definitely a comfortable familiarity with all the classes which I think was important.
I’ve recommended all of the classes to any friend I know who is expecting. ”
Thanks so much to Eadaoin for sharing and this gorgeous image of baby bonding!
