SunSalutations will build heat and flexibility before exploring heart opening back bends, nourishing forward folds to calm your nervous system and detoxifying twists to clear out old thought patterns with positive affirmations.

Turn your awareness inwards to connect to the flow of your breath through Pranayama to bring a sense of clarity and space to your busy mind,ending with Savasana.
