Elaine brings her personal experience of pregnancy, labour, birth, breastfeeding and motherhood to her online Pregnancy Yoga classes. Elaine is certified Prenatal Yoga teacher and qualified in hypnobirthing as a GentleBirth instructor.

Her classes are a great way to prepare for your positive birth. You will learn lots of tips throughout your pregnancy on how to keep fit and healthy, and to help you feel excited and relaxed about your baby’s birth, releasing any anxiety or fears you may have with breathing and yoga techniques.

    I would really recommend yogamammas pregnancy Yoga classes with Lainey. She really puts you at ease doing the exercises and let’s you go at your own pace. I feel really relaxed after the classes. Its a great class to help prepare you for the birth of your baby.

    I would highly recommend the pregnancy yoga classes. I feel so at ease and relaxed afterwards! I’ve had bad lower back pain and the stretches have really helped with that! Its so nice to just take an hour out for myself to relax & breathe so thank you! Looking forward to next week:-)

    I’d highly recommend Lainey’s pregnancy yoga classes. They’re so much more than just yoga, she provides useful tips & reassurance on how to approach labour. I always look forward to the classes as a time for me to bond with my baby & always feel relaxed afterwards. She has helped me feel calm & excited about labour.

    First pregnancy and really didn’t know what to expect from pregnancy yoga, especially virtual pregnancy yoga during these crazy covid times!! Two classes in an I’m really enjoying it. Not only do I feel my body is getting some gentle workout/movement but it is 1:1 time with my baby!! Lainey explains everything so well and it’s lovely being able to go at your own pace. Great way to start your week!

It’s a really positive environment (both the online classes and normal classes) Great opportunity to learn from other mums and share experiences. I found that the yoga practise and support of the group really helped me to prep for birth.

    Elaine is an amazing yoga teacher! Her pregnancy yoga classes are so relaxing and really help soothe and stretch out my tired pregnant muscles. It’s always my best sleep of the week and she sends on the zoom recording so we can do the class again during the week which is very generous. Highly recommend the class if your pregnant, every week it leaves me calm, relaxed and a little more confident for my birth 🥰

    Hi Lainey,

    I just wanted to tell you how inspired and comforted I have been by your classes throughout my pregnancy.

    You create a beautiful safe space where the Mams can share how they are feeling and through this we all gain support and information from each other. As soon as I click into a class I can feel my body relax and it’s my time for me to connect to my baby. It’s a special time.

    Being away from Ireland and family during this time has not been easy at all but having these classes and this community has helped me a lot. I feel like I am at home and I love hearing the Irish accent!

    You have a gift Lainey of making us all feel very comfortable with you and each other.
    You remind us of how magical this time is, how powerful our bodies are and also just how sacred this whole experience is.
    Your presence and advice takes away the fear we carry of childbirth and after each class I feel calm, strong, connected and in control. Thank you so much for that!

    You are definitely doing the job you were meant to and you bring so much light and love to all of us.

    This is a fantastic class which gives lots of antenatal insight as well as a community spirit via the whatsapp group.
    Lainey is so calming and a bucket of knowledge. No two classes are the same and I really look forward to my Monday night Yoga! I started the course with sciatica and I am not completely free of it during my pregnancy which is all down to the movements and stretches that Lainey teaches.
