Create a self care ritual with these third trimester essentials once a day, where you set the time aside to connect with your heart, body and baby through massage and mindfulness.
1) Mist the air around your space and body with the Labour Mist and enjoy 3 deep breaths to calm, uplift and empower you with feminine essentials oils. Keeping it in the fridge is a fab way to keep cool at home and in the labour ward 🥵 ( from 37weeks+ and postnatal use) 100ml
