Calm Mamma-to-be Yoga Workshop – This workshop offers pregnant mammas the time and space to relax, breathe and connect with your baby.
Take the time to rest your body and mind, connect to your baby within and learn some techniques to help support and empower you during your pregnancy, birth and motherhood.
Our Pregnancy Yoga Workshop offers you a sacred space for self care and time for your innermost self during your pregnancy.
This is more than a regular pregnancy yoga class.
Through connecting, breathing, movement, and guided meditation this workshop will connect you to your innate feminine wisdom and intuition.
