It’s so lovely to see and feel the sunshine return and the daffs creating pops of yellow in the garden! Plus the full moon at the moment had me standing in the middle of my back garden lastnight in awe. With our understanding of the moon’s effect on the oceanic tides, and with our body’s make up of over 70% water, it’s said to have an effect on our internal tides.
Tonight, honour your internal tide – physically, emotionally, mentally. Tune in to your inner self and take the time to simply be, to simply breathe in and absorb the energy of the full moon.
