Elaine brings her personal experience of pregnancy, labour, birth and motherhood to her classes. Her classes are a great way to prepare for your positive birth. You will learn lots of tips throughout your pregnancy on how to keep fit and healthy, and to help you feel excited and relaxed about your baby’s birth releasing any anxiety or fears you may have with breathing and yoga techniques.
Learn how to soothe, bond and comfort your newborn. Enjoy one-to-one time with your new baby while you have fun learning baby massage and meeting other new mums and babies.
Our Mum and Baby Yoga classes offer you a supportive, relaxed space to nourish your mind and body postnatally through Yoga, while you have fun with your baby, and meet other new mums too!
Fertility Yoga helps prepare mind, body and heart for fertility and conception. Our specially tailored workshop combines Yoga, breathing, and fertility based meditations to help you on your fertility journey. In this workshop you will also practice Mindfulness, visualisation and relaxation techniques that you can take home with you and use in daily life. Knowing that you are not alone as you sit in a circle of support can offer healing for the mind and heart.
As a breastfeeding mamma, Elaine feels passionate in other supporting mums and helping them towards a successful breastfeeding journey. We are so delighted to have Yoga Mammas resident Lactation Consultant Caoimhe, join us for regular free Preparing to Breastfeed talks in our Pregnancy Yoga classes to answer any of your questions!
The GentleBirth VBAC class provides parents with an evidence-based introduction to VBAC preparation with a strong focus on the emotional journey.
